Default New Blackjack model

According to their FB page, Blackjack will be introducing a new model at the Houston Boat Show. Here are some sneak shots they posted. Looks like an open model. Bill Kenner has done it again!
I cant wait to see it in person.

That’s all the pics they have released so far, watch their FB page for more updates. The boat show opens on Jan 4, Bill Kenner will be there introducing the new model.

Here are some pics from the show. The new model is the 256 Coastal, definitely more of a hybrid boat geared towards offshore / nearshore use. Unfortunately Bill was not at the show this weekend, so few details. Enjoy...

This is the only 256 Coastal in existence, currently making the rounds on the boat show tour. I’m sure there are many options available. As I said Bill was not there due to personal reasons, so few details. I may go to the show again next weekend and visit with Bill. It is an awesome boat.

This is the boat Iíve been mentioning in my posts for a few months. I absolutely love there are no seats. I want a no nonsense fishing boat with as much cockpit space as I can get. There are hundreds of options if you want a lot of seating. I can not wait to order mine as soon as they start taking orders. Iím trying to make it to the show tomorrow to see it in person. Iíve been looking at the boat in pictures for months now waiting to see it in person. Iím ordering mine with a mercury v8 and can not wait.

I am so glad the Kennerís decided to go with a 3 piece build as Iíve become spoiled after owning my current 3 piece boat. Not sure I can go back to a 2 piece boat.

It’s a hard core fishing boat for sure.
All Blackjacks are three piece hulls.

I see lots of new boats with the seat back up in the bow. Does anybody ever sit with their legs straight out, leaning on the seat back?

For men who have to have approval, those are there to help get the wife's approval to buy a boat. "Look honey, it's got seating up front. May I please buy this boat?"

RUF, thanks for posting this rig. Looks like it would have broad appeal. Were you able to get any pics with open hatches?
On the rear seating Q, I really like the wide open cockpit 90% of the time, but if you had to have it see pic below from Stuart. Other mfgs do something similar and it stays out of the way.

Man, I like it! Recessed bow casting platform that you could use in a chop. Open rear cockpit for all sorts of activities. Great combination and very practical/useable.

Here are a few more pictures of the boat I have. The front deck has two large fish boxes that Iím told drain overboard.

It looks like they double as rod holders, you could also pop one of those bait stations in there too, leave the seat backs in the garage😎

CP5899, thanks for the additional pictures! You have more willpower than I keeping it close to the vest. I did not need to see this boat! I would probably do an F300 on the back....that is if I was to think about ordering one....

It has been hard to keep the pictures to myself because Iím not much for secrets. Lol

At this point Iím planning on ordering mine with a mercury 300 v8. Only thing that would change that is if mercury comes out with a 350 or even a 400 v8. Thatís assuming the Kennerís would move the hp rating up for the same weight engine. Obviously, Iím assuming a lot of things.
