Default What was the best thing you ever bought for your boat?

Just like that title says, what is the best/most useful thing you've added to your boat? Not necessarily the most expensive, just looking for the most useful thing you've done to it. Looking for ideas myself, and your experience could help me and others. Thanks!

Adding a vhf to my boat. Being able to talk to other boaters and hear fishing reports has been a huge help this year, also knowing if I got in trouble I could call for help.

Would be tough to decide between Autopilot, FLIR, and Axius (because of the Skyhook feature).

Best bang for the buck was a hydrofoil. Benefits were great and vastly exceeded the cost.
