Default Motor bogging at high RPM

1995 Yamaha 130v4 2 stroke Boggs down at 3000rpm. Ran it on an auxiliary 5 gallon tank and same problem. Changed fuel pumps filters etc. next step is carb cleaning and fuel flow adjustments. Just wanted to see if anyone else had this issues

Have you tried SeaFoam on it?
Buddy's boat had a similar problem, so we sprayed out the carbs with carb cleaner, then pushed the fuel pickup hose, the end on the backside of the fuel filter, into a fuel can holding about 3/4 gallon of 93 octane, a couple splashes of 2-stroke oil, and a whole bottle of SeaFoam.
Ran that on the muffs for about 10 minutes between 700 and 3000 RPM, then put it back together and tested it on the canal... Problem gone.

Hope your fix is as simple as ours.
