I'm super surprised they are hand building the plug and mold and not CNC cutting it. I like it true
boat building is a dying art

I hear it is a 55.

I find it interesting that center console builders are building bigger boats to potentially compete with sportfishers and the sport fish boat builders are crossing in the center console industry with incorporated outboards on their mid size boats and then also building flats boats as well.

HCB definitely has stretched the market with new ideas an their branding ideas as well.

I also heard it's a 55. I'm glad to see a wood plug in process so the haters can shut up saying it's a copy of whatever. I'd love to see a fisharound/pilothouse version

Until they post the waterline length, there is nothing to see here.

quite likely the method to build the plug, is more precise than the sigle arm CNC 3d routing ( a different more precise thing would be a gantry style 5 axis machine) and for surely much cheaper and reasonable ............... YF has always made things right ............ and the owner deserves all respect, as far as I know he designs everything himself (probably with some tech aid) as opposed to those who simply hire a designer .... as if those HAD to know better ..........
