Question Powerpole/Seamonster unit leaking down

My Powerpole is leaking down while it's in the UP position. I've spoken to Powerpole, and they'd prefer for me to ship my Seamonster hydraulic unit to them. PP has the greatest customer service, but I've got to believe that it can't be that difficult to solve this little unit's problem.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Default PP

Sounds like a bad pump. But I just wanted to say PP customer service is awesome. Had a few things go bad on my Blade. Never cared about the age or use. Just sent me what I needed for free

I'm guessing they are going to upgrade or replace something for you. They normally just send parts, but if they asked me to send something in I'd just verify the address and start packing it up.
