Core and top layer of glass is now laid...many layers of glass and core in between! Entire hull is cored! Now stringer system will be going in next and infusion on Friday. I’ll be making the drive to Orlando to see it get infused.

I must have missed it since we spoke last. What happened to the Mako?
Your new boat looks great and I'm looking forward to seeing it!

We had a catastrophic failure which caused a total loss. After faulty installation of 2 transducers.

The nice thing about East Cape is everything is truly custom so each build will vary in price. The base price is very competitive, give Kevin a call and tell him you saw this thread.

Now this is a strong Transom! Fully integrated stringer system tied to the transom! Now that stringer is going in it is also checked for tolerance and making sure all is level before multi layers of glass is wrapped prior to infusion. The hull and stringer is done at that same time to create a true one piece bond.

Such a beefy and solid stringer system!

Few more shots of the bag being fit perfectly before
we hook up the hoses and introduce the resin.
