This is one of the only new designs I’ve actually been enthusiastic about in the past few years. A simplified open layout is what i would be interested in. Would like as much open deck space as possible especially behind the leaning post. That’s one of the things I like most about the Calcutta.

They seem to have pretty much nailed the hull design. Not awkwardly dumpy looking like most of these style cats. Like.

I spoke with the owner today. Sounds like a great boat. 160 gal of fuel standard. Mid to upper 50s with 200s. Insane amounts of storage like most cats. Fantastic price point during their introductory phase.

They already have the first 7 sold. I hope one of those guys does a build thread. If the timing is right I will put a deposit down. Perfect Venice boat.

Won't a 10' beam cause issues with DOT and trailering?

Line look like a barker from the side. Is MP the engineer/designer? More info is needed.

I think texas and louisiana are a cheap permit per year for up to 10ft. Will definately be interesting towing it 10 hours there tho!

I would rather not put any numbers out there but it's between the Tideline 235 and Calcutta. Call them up for pricing.

They have a video of the plug being faired on their facebook, but I am not smart enough to add a link.

This is almost perfect. Lose the steps in the corners at the bow and it would be. All they are is shin killers.

And a Tideline 235 ready to fish is over 100K.

Id say this will come in at $120K - 130K starting.

I think they are there to get on the casting deck comfortably. If they weren't there it looks like over 2 feet to get up.
