Since we're going to be addressing some stress cracks on the deck, we'll be adding teak to continue up to the front step. With that, we will be fixing the stanchion areas and making the teak actually run the way it is supposed to be done.

Default Stress cracks and electronics box be gone...

This may be a "pic overload" but I want to document everything for myself as well as anyone that this thread may help. We are in the process of addressing any stress crack, beefing up the transom and making any desired additions along the way. The console will no longer have an electronics box so we are "blanking it out" to start over.

Forward port side step

Starboard side cracks had some long runs

Overhead view of the transome... Lots of small cracks but also found a small amount of water in each corner.

Looks like he's been at it for a while... lots o' grinding

We filled in the old speaker holes because they were above the gunwale and they were for 6.5's, we will have 10" subs mounted closer to the floor and more centered.

Mountains of dust after yesterday

Did some drawings to to check out spacing; The main section represents 2 nss 12's while the top right represents a nss 7. From this drawing, we will lower the units. There will be a single switch panel that's 22.5" long that will be centered under the two 12's.

Keep it up with the pics and updates. Great inspiration, would love to do this one day to a 26 or 29 that needs a rehab.

Looks good Billy and Whit! Can’t wait to see how the zukes do. Thinking those will be a nice fit on the Triton 35. You boys have a project but it looks like y’all are on it! Lance

Oh yea...what are you gonna name her?
