Default Safety equipment for offshore

Hello guys,

Before im begin with questions, im plan to buy either 36ft stanley or 38ft young brother boat. Also, i will be operate mostly from 40-60 miles offshore. Along with few canyon runs. Target groundfish and tunas.

I did read few posts (15) on here and click on links that some of you posted. Most of them was outdated website and broken links. So, my main concern is that i need complete list of safety equipment for boat. To ensure for my safety and crew too. Also, in case for coast guard inspection on boatside. I wrote down the list below here that i know i need them.

Safety equipment
- life raft with solas A pack
- 3 of immersion life jacket
- buoy ring with 50 ft rope
- epirb
- fog horn
- fire extinguisher (im pretty sure there are specific type i need? Please let me know)
- injury placard
- oil discard placard
- paperwork to prove that safety equipment is updated

if there is something missing on list, please feel free to let me know! Or did i covered all of safety equipment requirement?
