Default 35-40 Foot Outboard boats with cabins?

The wife and I are trying to decide on what to do with regard to the type of boaters we are. For the next few years it seems as if we are going to be day boaters.

We don't fish (sorry guys and girls). Instead we prefer to just anchor at the sandbar and relax.

Here's what we need:

Cockpit Seating for eight.

A windshield to protect the cockpit when underway at speed.

Cabin Seating for eight. (To escape the Florida afternoon monsoons) Sleeping accommodations not needed.

Air Conditioning in the cabin.

Enclosed head.

Generator

Swim Platform with reasonable ingress and egress to the water. (bigger is better)

Side Dive door with ladder.

Bow big enough for 4 to hang out on.

Around 40' LOA (up to 46 with outboards down)

Under 14' Beam

3' draft or less

Under 13' tall from keel to the tallest point. (Hardtop, Radar Dome, Anchor Light, Canvas...)

Less padded vinyl in the cockpit.

Canvas is Ok. A Hardtop would be nice.

Lets hear what's out there! Thanks, Ken

The first one that came to mind was the fountain 38 LX but wifey hates the swim platform or lack thereof.

Next was the Concept 39 or 4400 but no windshield.

The 43 Formula has a perfect swim platform and a windshield. No real cabin and not really into the bow riders though. Plus it's seven figure price is prohibitive.

The Sea Ray 370 Venture is too much of a weekender.

The Pursuit 365 is interesting but again pushing too close to being a weekender.

The Four Winns Horizon 350 has a great platform and a windshield but like the Formula we could do without the bow rider setup.

Dont see you finding anything that will seat 8 in the cabin. Most of these boats have a v-berth forward, mid berth and dinette that converts, not really set-up to have a bunch of people sitting around.

Pursuit OS385 are nice but not sure if they can be found in your price range.

Iím in this same search.

Currently have Pursuit 325os and we are wanting to go bigger.

Jupiter 41
Sea vee 43
Grady 37
Intrepid 430 or 475
Pusuit 355 or 385
Obx boatworks has some really cool stuff too

Calcutta is making a lager express style boat, Mares just made one with OB too.

Oh. Donít forget Jarret Bay and Buddy Davis.

Freeman also made a one-off enclosed helm too.

Of all of those I like the 43 sea Vee the best.

Pursuit OS 385 and Intrepid 400 Cuddy come to mind. Although tough to find used in your price range. You might be able to get close on a 2011-2012

I just looked that model up. Nice setup. Wifey will nix it for the lack of a platform though.

I know this requirement is a problem for many of the outboard boats and she will either need to get over it or continue working so I can start paying for service on our existing inboard express.

My boat fits almost every one of your requirements except the generator but I do have an inverter that will run the air and everything else. It is limited to about 3hrs on the air. I did have the boat set up for a gen set so it would not be hard to add one.

Here is my listing if interested:
