Default Brand new F200's possible rigging issue...what am missing?

We have two new Yamaha F200's rigged on a new boat. Command link plus and multi function gauge. Not my first go at rigging Yamaha's but my first F200's and this is the first time i have had this issue.

As far as i know everything is connected. from the engines to the binnacle

binnacle to the multi hub, multi hub to the gauge.

Binnacle to the ignition switch. (yes the safety lanyard is hooked up)

and the push button starts to the ignition switch.

When I turn the key the motors do some buzzing, but I get no indicator lights on the binnacle.

tilt/trim works from the binnacle.

What am I missing?
