Keep up with some of the owners on social media and you’ll have all the pictures and video that you can stand. I’ve seen plenty over the last few months. Not too hard to gather numbers from GPS screenshots. Others are too busy enjoying their boats to worry about posting on the Internet. Having dealt with both types quite frequently, Freeman owner’s have more of a “look at me and my boat attitude” and the Invincible owners just want to fish.

We currently have one in rigging at our shop that will be delivered to its Venice home soon. As soon as it hits the water, I’ll post some pictures and videos.

Probably because the Freeman looks like a badass fishing machine while the Invincible looks like a bathtub.

There are plenty of “women” out there who look like supermodels, but you would be quite surprised what is hidden under the package. Pun intended. Don’t judge a book by the cover. Do some reading first.

Good point, I’m sure the Invincible has the potential to outperform the competition, but I feel they missed the mark with the looks of the boat - especially when their monohull is one of the sexiest center consoles.

https://www.slangmagic.com/

the boat is badass - while I could do w/o the paint, i’d like to see how they a/c’d the console.

the fit and finish is much better - molded parts - freeman is much like YF with customization just screwed on from Teak Isle.

does lack in the looks dept from some angles.

Both getting better over time.

The 40 was in the Tortugas for the article and fished 2 days. The 37 was off Fowey last week. Both write ups should be out soon.

It doesn't matter if the numbers are the greatest ever or they're horrible. They won't be good enough for the court of THT. At the end of the day numbers are measured in ideal conditions to be better than they really ever will be. I have seen plenty of "numbers" reported back on here with 15 gallons of fuel on board running with the wind and current.

The boat is light and the bow is small. That equals poor numbers while loaded and a wet riding boat. The scuppers and anchor locker are better and it can turn figure 8’s better than a Freeman. Visually it isn’t a bad looking boat. I’m biased as a previous Freeman owner.

i can verify that if you are in rough seas it's better NOT to slow down. It rides rougher, wetter, sneezes and takes longer to recover from waves that aren't in the normal pattern. Just keep it going.

I was looking at something else and it turns out Michael Peters didn't design this hull! Morelli and Melvin did
