Default ISO: Rod Holder Inserts

Anyone know where to buy replacement vinyl inserts for rod holders? I have a combination of 30 and 15 degree holders and are 2" diameter. I'd prefer black as white gets too dirty.

The only place I have found them is at marine aluminum fabrication shop, and at an exorbitant price.

Why has no one ever been able to post the manufacturer of the tubing used for that?

It has to come on a roll, or in 8' lengths from somewhere. ;?

I know it. I'd love to buy it and cut it to exactly what I need.
