Default Rigging tube

The black flexible rigging tube between the transom and the motor is cracked. Is there a fix or patch for this other then un-rigging the motor and put in a new one?

The only option is to cut the tube off and use a spiral type. I bought some heavy duty stuff that they use for the hydraulic hoses on garbage trucks. Heavy duty, doesn't trap water, plain black, and looks good.

They sell a fabric one that velcros around rigging so you don't have to de-rig
