Each one is custom built for you! Only Carlos or Brian can give you a price on the list your providing. I'm pretty sure he will install everything for you, but you have to furnish it. Call Brian to get the ball rolling.

Just a bump question for those who might know... the demo boat I trialed had the center console moved back 12" from the normal positioning that comes from ocean Runner. Is there any pro/con to this?

I like the way it looks set back a little more so I'm contemplating on doing that as well.

I believe Carlos can only move it back around 7" But yes, we are moving ours back. It could make the boat prone to proposing more but it may also be a better ride because the leaning post will be further back.

What's the general consensus on these boats? How do they ride? Comfort and ergonomics? Quality/resale?

My opinion is that after I rode on one, I put my deposit down. It rides like a24 degree deadrise, 29' center console which, for me, is comfortable in 2' seas. I thought it was built very strong and functional. Huge fish box, very efficient. We went 340 miles round trip in nasty 2-4' slop and got our ass handed to us...but only burned 220 gallons of fuel.

Don't kid yourself and think its gonna ride like a 29' freeman or 29' twin vee for that matter, because it wont...neither will a contender or seavee of the same size.

The boat is a value at the price Carlos sells them for. Fit and finish are okay but falls short of whitewater/seavee; however, the boat is substantially less money. I have rode in contenders, ventures, seavees, cape horn, and many other center console boats in this size range and I cant see where it makes sense to spend the same amount of money on a 10 y/o popular brand boat when I can have a brand Ocean Runner for the same price or less.

Hope this helps and please don't take anything I wrote as a bash on any of the above brands because I like all of them.

Thanks for your input. Are you saying Whitewater and Sea Vee are on the same level?

NO, I am not...honestly they are far apart. My point is both of these boats have a better fit and finish than Ocean Runner IMO.

Default Porpoises?

I've heard the OR 29 has issues with porpoising... anyone know if that's true?

The one I sea trialed with twin verado 250s had no issues whatsoever.

You can probably host the pictures on Photobucket and link them here.
