I don't know what I would even do with it. I couldn't afford to move it, couldn't afford to keep it in the marina, and i wonder if you could get enough charter money to break even on a big boat like that. But I love walking around and looking at boats, and I don't need much excuse. Hey it beats working...

ed--you came here with a chip on your shoulder. I'm here offering the OP help so he doesn't create an ugly boat. To me, the IBW transom reminds me of a pretty girl with a huge ass. I realize some guys kinda like that in a girl. But there's never an excuse for an ugly boat.

Fortunately, everyone's tastes differ and there are a lot more people who like the IBW than the other way around.

Can they can my thread because people are bickering? That would suck....

The big girl panties made me laugh. I'm gonna use that with my guys here when they squabble. It's gonna be a classic

I really don't know how anyone could think that is ugly? The reverse tumblehome on the Island Boatworks is quite attractive...or at least I've always thought so.

The IBW has, what I would consider, a waistline...not a huge ass. What part of it gives you that impression? I'm trying to understand, but I just don't.

I agree with disD1 on that transom, just a lot of flare for that style boat. To me it looks a lot like a small center transom. Very subjective because everyone's idea of nice lines is different. I like a small amount of tumblehome on a transom but not excessive like I see on some of the custom boats.

Sailfishquepos, I ran across this website while searching for a picture of a transom I liked. It has a lot of good examples to look at.

Very cool link. Will spend some time with Harold looking at those tomorrow in the shop!

Lot of pretty boats, i recognize several of the Bayliss boats, and some of the other ones too. I guess we are in the cool place to be right now....

Who's your buddy? My buddy has the same boat in Quepos.
