Default New boat, Sportsman 252!

Thought Id share my new boat, 2017 Sportsman 252 Open....I'll try to post a few pictures, unfortunately I don't have any great shots as we were packed in tight and getting ready for the winter slumber....matter of fact the pictures are pretty bad, but they are what I have

Specs:

Full Sea mist green hull
White Ttop
White powder coating (I know , I know)
Twin Yamaha 150's
Dual evo NSS12's
Simrad 4g radar
Simrad autopilot with remote
Optimus EPS
Thru hull windlass with controls at the helm and bow
Strata Glass enclosure with Gull wings
Leaning post with additional livewell and tackle station/storage
Upgraded stereo: MB quart speakers 4x6.5", 2x8", 1x10"...amp and additional infinity remote with 3.5 inch color screen
Sirius XM weather/music
Go Free wifi/iPad
lumitech LED/ Sea Blaze underwater lights
Taco 280 with Marsh Tacky white retractable outriggers (will be installed in Spring)

I know I am missing a few items and certainly haven't listed all of the standard items included with the boat.

Long story short, we have been exceedingly happy with the Sportsman brand and the level of customer service we have received. Our past boat was a Sportsman 212, we have several friends and family members that own different models and everyone loves them.

Through the the build process we were treated extremely well with build pictures and updates as well as unbelievably prompt responses to any questions we had.... Our dealer has been top notch as well.

I don't want to ramble on about the boat because I'll end up writing a 20 page report, but I am happy to answer any questions anyone has. We spent a pretty extensive amount of time sea trialling the 252, unfortunately given our NE location ours is already under shrink wrap and won't see the water until early Spring...The painful wait is being quelled by the fact I keep coming up with things to buy for the boat...Spring better hurry up!!!

Nice! Ordered my 232 back in October. Still have a long wait before I get it. I like that full hull color choice.

Thanks! Im really happy with the color choice, we had the same color on our 212 and constantly received compliments, this time we opted to forgo the white reveal and go full color...Im happy we did, anxious to see it floating.

I have fished on THT'er Fishcop's boat, which is the same that you just bought just with a single 300. Very nice boats! Congrats on a nice purchase.

That's HOTT ! Love the full hull color. Enjoy !

ps -- what are those things for [ last pic , under the starboard side combing bolster, just under the rod holder ] You screw a garden hose to those or something ? I've always been curious.

Default Update!?!

I’m looking at buying a new Sportsman 252. Curious if you still have your boat and how you reflect on the purchase now. Happy with it, how’s it held up, performance over time, etc.?

thx in advance!
