They have loads of boats listed on boat trader in Houston/Galveston area... always nice pics but I could never find info on the company... smelled fishy.....

The boat does not have a hull id # on the boat, but he certifies on the federal coast guard cj-1261 builders certificate and first transfer of title that there is a hull id. We cant sell the boat now without a hull id. We are in a lawsuit with this company to recover our money and return of the boat due to his scheme to fraud. We have also filed felony criminal charges with the fbi and the coast guard for falsifying federal documents.
What is the difference between a hull and a boat? • Only when a Hull is completed with accessories and engine (s) and made operational as intended is it then referred to as a boat. a HIN number is issued only to turn key boats.
