There is supposedly a sea trial set up for May of this year and yes there have been over 10 deposits made on a boat that nobody has even sea trial yet. Crazy!

I am sure pics are coming very soon, Its impressive I must say. The fine detail is just amazing. The fish boxes are ridiculous. BTW it looks nothing like a freeman from a birds eye view looks more like a mono-boat, the front cap is rounded. I am a Yellowfin guy to the core and I am excited to get one.

It's gotta be a 800 quart coffin box right? Not 800 gallons

Ha, yea. But even at 800 quarts, 2 average size people could probably lay down inside.

I've only read this thread sporadically but didn't note anyone mentioning how awesome something like this is for us, the consumers.

Competition is great for consumers, it brings innovation and many times will lower prices. Hell, look at what the horsepower wars between the big 3 have done for consumers from an innovation and pricing standpoint.

Looking forward to seeing more from this build and also looking forward to other builders following suit. Time will tell.

So, exactly how many deposits have been put down for this boat that isn't even in existence yet?

The point was that without the success Freeman has had, there would have been nothing driving Invincible to build a big catamaran. Monohulls would still be the thing. I personally hope the Invincible cat is a huge success. Competition and different options are great for consumers.

I was told it was designed by someone in South Africa, maybe bigwavedave can fill us in?

I'm a Freeman guy as of right now until another company bring cat hull IMO that will be comparable or better. I'm hoping Invincible cat hull will look similar to the mono hull. If it is it will be a winner.

I'm betting that it's probably gallons. That would make it approximately 8' long x 3' tall x 5' wide. Which there is definitely enough room for on a 40' boat.

Nope, those details may be released by the factory in a few weeks.
