Curious what happened with the 42' in the Bahamas as well. We saw her running north of Bimini near Isaac's and I have to say that was one of the best looking CCs I've ever seen. The elongated hull compared to the 37' makes it look great, the quad 400s weren't too shabby either. Looked like she was running pretty well in slop that had us running a little slower than normal and getting sprayed a bit so while I wasn't aboard, the ride looked great.

This is assuming it was the 42 Freeman with quad white 400s and a blue hull (probably a wrap). Could be a different 42' Freeman in question.

This thread is toast. It will never get back on track and even if it does, no one who hasn't been here since the beginning is going to get past page 3.

Why is this thread not locked yet?

Why is a MOD joining in the banter instead of killing it??????

So Kevin50, you're upset with me for calling to make sure that our potential agreement would be honored by Freeman? Or are you upset that Scott said he doesn't even know who you are? SOMEBODY isn't being honest here. Now, as far as the Freemans having problems and being secretly smuggled back to the factory... maybe it happened, I have no idea. A number of years ago there was a brand new SeaVee that was at Jones Boat yard under a cover. The entire bottom of the boat had delaminated. SeaVee came and picked up the boat and destroyed it. They, unlike other boat mfg's didn't try to blame their customer, they simply did the right thing and replaced the boat. I'm sure Freeman did the same thing or it would be all over the internet. If we scroll back a few years, there was a Yellowfin that caught fire on the west coast of Fla.. While I don't know the exact details, I heard that YF did what they had to do to remedy the situation and the customer was happy. All things break, we agree on that. It's how the company handles the warranty issue or the mfg defect that really shows their true color. It just seems strange to me that you have all this "bad stuff" that you know about Freeman, yet you still ordered one.

Don't forget about the well documented THT Sea Hunter that had the gap tower rip out of the deck during it's first tournament

Oh John Homes ? Ha

Here is a post from a unbiased non Freeman owner .....Amusing the Freeman lovers don't like this thread ..

Trust me my neck is still jacked up and all joints hurting.
The trip was on a 37 Freeman so I was truly under the impression that it was going to be a luxury Cadillac ride where I could have a merlot .
5 hours to arrive practically . Once w passed the quick sands we were committed no turning back.
I usually shoot out there monthly and no matter the forecast or boat ( sea hunter, intrepid, Freeman, contender) Mother Nature flexes and whatever top tier ride your in succumbs to the sea. It truly is 90 miles of cross currents, short intervals banging you from all over.

Why would Invincible ever post on here again? The rules state that posts should remain on track.

Why doesn't somebody start an "I Hate Kevin50" thread if you want to bash?

I personally don't care about all the bickering, but I would have liked to see more of the Invincible Cat, no matter how slowly we were being fed info.

Turns out there was no 42 Freeman with issues in the Bahamas. Kevin made it up it sounds like. My doctor friend says it's bullshit. This week he was posting on Facebook with his boat.

Fake news Kevin

As I stated many times, I ordered one because when I did it was the best product on the market. Now, it is not.

No, I am not upset you called Scott, but I am upset that Scott, as an employee of Freeman Boatworks, has talked to three different people about me. I have a contract with Freeman Boatworks, and do no believe it is professional for him to be discussing me or my contract. I have requested him to explain himself but he refuses to answer me. As to him being a liar, I have already proved that with his own posts on this site.

As to the 42 Freeman, well, I have seen a few pictures and lets just say the rear now looks less like a Freeman and more like a Calcutta 26, with some unsecured Mercs hanging on, and I do mean literally "hanging on". The boat belongs to an physician who concentrates his practice on internal medicine.

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, which regardless of all the bullshit on this thread, is the most important thing.

We already had this Conversation. New owner didn't know how to trim the boat and had no ballast tank knowledge. But still ran equivalent to his favorite boat of all time the YF 36 with tabs and trim. That's pretty good considering he couldn't get the bow down at all in a tropical storm.

Kevin feel free to post the pictures. Otherwise it didn't happen. It's a figment of your imagination like everything else you have said on this thread.

Wow equivalent to the ride pf a 36 Yellowfin, say its not so. Were talking about a 42, that thing suppose to be the shit!!! I've heard from a few different people its a beast, how does it only compare to a 36 Yellowfin now? Ballast or not, I've read on here it'll out ride any sportfish under 50'.
