The first invincible cat goes in the mold in two to three weeks. This boat will be here much sooner than everyone thinks 👍👍👍

So they made a plug and a mold and no one has seen them testing or trailering the plug on the ocean? They didn't test it?

I've ridden in the plug, it's a beast. First one is getting quad 7's and it should be close to 100mph boat.

I have sea trialed both the Freeman 37 and 42. They are nice boats. As far as us doing a Cat, If we did, it would be a quality product. The time and money it takes to produce a product capable of competeing in that market place is a serious undertaking.
So.....is INV building a CAT ???

I personally am glad to see some more quality builders come onto the scene. Designs, on water testing and prototype modifications, more advanced building techniques, and the deep pockets required to actually tool and man up to do a steady production to reduce backlogs still have a long ways to go when it comes to cats, as they have been primarily a mom and pop type operation in their 25 year development with the exception perhaps of WorldCat.

I do question why quad 6's and 100 mph are needed on a hull for fishermen, but that's a marketing decision that Invincible and Freeman have prospered with, so who am I to argue with that. But I would also love to see someone big coming on with some light wt. vacuumed infused 28x11'11" WA's that can cruise at 30 mph with factory direct bare bones pricing at $5k a foot, so we can stop repowering 15 year old "semi-displacement" hulls with wet foam and worn out gas tanks.

Perhaps. BigWaveDave got a BigBoss smack down, if he actually works at INV.

Looks like one quote is all we have left here!

His posts from the inv 36 v 39 thread...gone too. Quotes survived though.

Dave does work for Invincible.

He will be an asset to Invincible along with Bill Cordes.

I don't get "smack downs" it's just seems to be a waste of my time to argue with nameless/faceless people. That's it, nothing more.
