Doubt you hear back. I tried every method to get a reply from them for status. Nothing worked until I sent e-mail pretending to be interested in buying a motor. Same e-mail address that my previous 6 requests went to. They responded asking me to place order online. So I replied with my status request and they said they would check. Of course that was the end of the correspondence. Hopefully you paid via their PayPal option. They got my money back after 10 days of them not getting a response from them.
Good Luck.

For those looking to cut the cord, this is a hell of a deal on a great box. Best Buy will match this price so you don't have to wait on the slow shipping.

For magic erasers, go ebay. You can buy a block the size of two phone books (100 or 200 erasers) for $15. Search for melamine sponge.

They are not as durable as some of the "name brand" but work just as well and for the quantity you get it doesn't matter.

Yep...I think we have a few year's supply (the one's I bought were smaller and don't seem to last as long) from an eBay purchase.

I'm pretty sure they are abrasive, although not very.

It's basically a fine sand paper, you are taking away all wax, shine (polished finish) and making it dull. Easier for dirt to stick...

That's the guy from China with horrible reviews. Buyer beware. There is a warehouse option out there for $157. Most of the time they are just a damaged box. Good buy if you don't give a shit about cardboard.
