I really like our Honda.... had it for about 4 years and zero problems. Super quiet and very efficient. I would be curious to see how the Ryobi compared.

i put a couple hundred hours on a Ryobi at work with no issues whatsoever. They are super quiet and fuel efficient.

I’ve found there are many options that appear to work just as good as Honda without the price tag. No knocking Honda - they are bulletproof.

I ran a “Champion” generator from HD that cost me 450 bucks for 2 weeks last winter, then gave to my dad for 3 weeks when he had a fire at his house and needed a backup power source...

I bet the ryobi works more than fine

The Ryobi generators are ok. I had a couple of the 5500 watt units at my jobsite two years ago that were used for about 12 hours every day for a year or so. They were ragged but still running. I borrowed one when Hurricane Harvey made landfall and while it did run my freezers and fans for four days, it burned more oil than gas and shut itself down every 3-4 hours when the oil got too low.

I have the Ryobi 40V mower and I have the chain saw and I love them. I have had the mower for 5 seasons and it's still running perfectly.

my local WalMart had 80 oz Power Service Diesel Kleen bottles for $8.88. I picked up the only 2 they have and use it for our tractor.
