Default Prettiest small boat??

Purely subjective, certain to be a flame war. I gotta vote for the Glouscesters G20, and behind that the Scout 260/280.

(Too bad Gloucester boats web site is broken)

I dunno, I have always thought the classic 16'7" Whalers were pretty sharp...

I second the classic whaler...and if not that, then my 17' Outrage...(hey, it's paid for!)

Whalers have a certain classic look to them, and they're tremendous boats, but I don't know if I'd say PRETTY.

There's a couple of small builders in Maine....Cranberry Island Boat Works makes a *sweet* little 19-footer (alas, I don't think they have a Web site), and Pemaquid makes a beautiful 22-footer (http://www.phyachts.com/22foot.html).

I don't think they're around any more, but Lyman made some gorgeous small boats back in the day.

That G20 is very nice.
How about a Shamrock 22 walkaround - got lots of compliments on this pretty looking boat.

As soon as I saw the title of the post, I was gonna vote for the Gloucester. I'm glad it was around when I was looking for a new 18 to 20 ft. boat; it would have made the decision a lot tougher.

My second would be the classic 20 ft. Bertrams.

Biased or not, my vote's for the Gloucester 20.

I also think the Rothbilt's have a real personality to them also. However, there was a 20' converted Bertram Moppie in the photos section that was really sharp.

Do flats boats count? The little Chaos is sooo pretty, itty bitty, but very attractive. The little Pioneer flats looking boat is sharp, too.

I think this is a little Shearline. Looks even better in person, as the pic just doesn't seem to do it justice...

I did not buy one, but the lines of the Scout CC boats are nice. These boats look sort of ... pretty. Boats, like women, should have some curves.

Bayshore 23' was sweet and so is that Shearline. I just love Carolina style boats with that shear and flair

That Gloucester is flat out art work IMHO... With a little well placed and highly polished mahogany it'd look like a miniature Hinkley
