Default New Build - 31 Renaissance Prowler

So I'm in line for Bill to get started on my new 31 Prowler next week. I've used build threads on his boats and a number of other companies to help figure out what I wanted to do so figured I would contribute with my own build thread. My current 27 Gen I Ameracat has been a great boat for our use which is mainly as a dive boat in Clearwater / St. Pete area but also for trips to the Keys and in the future over to the Bahamas. I think I could put the Ameracat in the 31 Prowler, which is just one of the many reasons why I decided to move up with this boat. Onto the Specs:

Two-tone gray over white color. I've attached the "silver" color next to the grey color on the 1st 42 Prowler for comparison
Custom Hardtop (same as 42 hardtop essentially)
Custom Trailer
Twin 300 Suzukis - white
2 x Garmin 7612xsv
2 x Garmin GT51 TM transducers
Garmin VHF 200
Garmin GMR 18XHD Radar
GHP 20 Reactor Autopilot / Smartpump
Polk Marine Head Unit - UM1A
Polk Marine Speakers (4 6.5 in hardtop and 4 6x9 under gunwale)

Very excited about the new boat and will post pictures as we get moving.

I've got to hold onto the Ameracat until this one is done just in case there are delays. Can't have no boat for 2 weeks in the Keys the beginning of August.

Congratulations.Hope a lot of Prowler owners move up to the 42 so a few 31's might become available.

Beautiful boats. From what I've read and seen in here, I don't think you'll be sorry. Can't wait to follow it through completion. I just hope I will be able to do a build thread one day even if it is a 18' Bayliner

Overnight, they added the first layer of chopped strand mat. Bill says they do this with rolls rather than a chopper gun and then use an isophthalic resin for better stronger bonds and better profiles.

Is it the same color as Jim's(jesse james) 31? His came out nice. Maybe he can post a few pics
