The 30 is essentially a 27 with an integrated transome

I've even had to tell him to stop emailing and go spend time with his wife. He's replied to me while he's been on vacations as well. Sure, there are times where the communication isn't as immediate as it sometimes is, but hey, he's running a successful and busy business. In no way do I expect immediate responses, yet i most often get them.
Corey,

You are welcome. As always if you need anything at all please reach out top me. We are here for all of the THT Members.

Did they move the console or shift any weight on the bracket mount boat compared to the transom mount?

Wonder what happens when a screaming fish decides to make a hard turn?

I think he's saying, like a hard turn bringing the lines toward the sharp spinny things at the back of the boat. Or atleast that's what I was wondering ;?

Please email me any and all issues you may have and as I communicated with you in my email to you they will be addressed immediately. I am also available anytime for a phone conference just let me know what works for your schedule. I am available 24/7 and can be reached via my cell number at 561-777-2242.

That says it all for me. I operate on people's eyeballs, but my cell phone number is guarded like a convent in Afghanistan....

Just wanted to chime in on this tread... I have been a customer of IMS for a couple year now. I have spent a considerable amount of money (to me) with them and they have always gone the distance to address any issues concerns with my purchases. They did this on day 1 and more importantly Day 700!

Their site say lifetime technical support and by god they stand by that. They have supported me twice while I was in the Bahamas and even offered to fly out to help me before I realized my problem was Batteries... They are great community supporters whether it be donating proceeds to those lost boys or to their local community support.

There always seems to be someone trying to be the Squeaky Wheel on THT, but you don't need to Squeak with IMS! Tell them the problem and they will work with you to resolve it.

most skiffs in the NE don't fight GBFT from the cockpit, especially outboard boats.

I know IM will be at the Miami boat show, but will there be a Conch 30 there? I've yet to see one.
