Yep, that was it. The graphics on the side were different and they had replaced the fighting chair up front with just a rocket launcher but that's definitely it. I remember that big center rigger mount

Nice old rides. Its amazing to think that just a few years ago they were considered the biggest and best of the center console sportfishing world. Now a 26ft boat is merely an entry level or novice type hull... If even that.

That kills me Jellybean. Thanks for responding. I was just out of college and redid my first 17 mako and remember seeing your boat and dreaming. As mentioned above I think I live across from where you use to be in north palm beach.

That is a nice boat captk! Ringleader, you are right about the size of boats. Big and expensive. The guy who owns and builds the Bahamas lives behind me and he has an old mako! Says something about cost or makos....one of the two.

Exactly jellybean. The dr. Sold to us five years ago. His wife passed several years before I think. Thanks again for the info on the 261. I am a Bertram owner as well. Doing a 28. Making it center console with 2 f250 yamahas. Going to do a Birdsall walkaound tower on that.
