I previously was in the process of rebuilding a 24 Privateer but I Sold the Boat before completing and I purchased a 25 Carolina custom Kit from Sintes Fiberglass Design After getting the kit it was easy to put the Base and Frames together with the given drawings and instructions.

Cool boat, I'd like to watch this boat come together.

Nice work, this will be a sweet boat. Do you think it will end up being significantly cheaper than buying a new 25' CC? Of course things like power and electronics are standard cost, but I mean the hull itself.

Stretch it over the frames at tight as you can. Hold it there with ice pics. Monel staples to the frames and sew the seams together. Once it is all applied you wet it out and let it cure. Send it and then apply 1/2oz mat and woven roving in alternating layers. You will go through a pile of 36 grit pads to sand between layers. It is what I call " gangster boatbuilding" but in the end you have a solid glass hull that is a tank.
