We made a mold for door frame and it is laid up with 1700 glass and epoxy resin

Here is a drawing of the upper control station helm box the electronics area will flip up when in use and flip down when not in use what do y’all think

The steering will end up being moved to the left a little bit to allow for the throttle to have room

Daytrip fabricated an awesome Palm Beach style throttle control on his Mako build that would look fantastic on that station. Got a pic Jim?

We got the cap bonded on it started with a 1/2” piece of coosa bonded down then a second piece of 1/2” coosa bonded down to give us a cap of 1”

This is the seat mold for the leaning post it will end up having flip up bolsters also and this is our thoughts on the ttop and upper control station layout

Are y'all planning on doing the pipework yourselves? Might be a good idea to get one of the fab companies involved if not. I'm not a fan of that arched piece. Somebody like Carolina Custom Towers can really offer a lot of insight there.
