Default Key West 1520

Here is our Key West. Just put the boat back in the water last week after some deep cleaning and new stereo/rewiring/minor customization. My buddy and I bought it like 7 years ago. Perfect little evening time peanut island skiff for the dog and the girls. It's not fast, dry or even easy to maneuver! But solid as a rock and built to last plus the new stereo is awesome and the baitwells keep the ice solid and beers cold. Here are some pics from tonight at Peanut Island! ps. the gelcoat is perfect all around..it looks messed up from where i erased my FL #

That's a clean KW! Makes me want to get out on the water.

I owned a 2005. It was a very solid boat. Wet, but a great boat.

My first boat I owned was a Key West 152 Sportsman with a Mariner 50hp 4 stroke. Want to say it was a 1995 or 96, but can't remember. Lot's of great memories for sure!

Mine too...Getting into something bigger in the next few weeks, but this one's staying in the family. Lot's of memories and more to come when my daughter is old enough to take it out.

Did you install the speakers yourself? I haven't seen many 1520's with stereos in them.
