It says that a F115 on a Hewes 18 redfisher with 2 people and a Yamaha pro series 13.5 x 19 will top out at 45.7 mph
A Maverick 18 HPX with 1 people and a pro series 13.5 x 21 will top at 53.3 mph.
How accurate is this?;?

For the exact same test conditions it will be very accurate.
Now start loading up the boat with fuel/bait/beer/ice/tackle/anchor/trolling motor and battery/power pole/etc., trimming the motor at a different trim angle, running it in hot and humid weather, in a stiff head wind, etc. and all bets are off.

So changing from an aluminum prop to one of those SS props would get close to those results, right?
That is with close to the same weight and type hull?

My 05 Redfisher 18 with F150 ran 51 loaded, and a best of 53 light. This was without a jackplate using a Powertech OFX 3 15 1/4 X 19
