Default Splash Guard

Can anyone tell me where I can find this. I do not know what they call it, but to me it's a visor... It is on a 99 Contender, while changing my electronics I dropped it, and it broke.. I am going to call Contender in the morning to see if they can help me, but want other options... Thanks to all that can help....

As a repair alternative, you could try to find out from Contender what the material is - PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate,......? If the pieces encourage this you might consider chemically re-bonding.

I've found PVC, for instance can carefully edge-bonded with fresh regular plumbing PVC cleaner and cement to be strong enough so the field will break before the bond.

Weld-On # 's 3, 4 & 16 bonding agents should work with acrylic and polycarbonate to themselves.

Thanks TTaxi. I was thinking of replacing it to a black splash guard since I am installing my electronics on black starboard...

Prospect Plastics in Ft. Lauderdale could make that part for you. http://www.prospectplastics.com/

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for responding. I was actually going to head over to you since I work close to your facility and find out if you all have these available. Please let me know what can be done and if you do have them. Would like it in black...

Thanks

-Joe

Didn't replace it with anything. I stand on my console now---so it will get broken. It is not black, but can easily be painted because I think its acrylic and not starboard.
