The boat was primed today and should be ready for paint on Friday. We have decided not to add the lifting strakes for now. The owner of the yard is one of my fathers life long friends. He owns an Avenger as well and wants to try a few different ideas on his boat b/f we put them on ours.

You should have seen that boat 2 years ago before I wet sanded it.........You should check out Orlando's new boat to get some ideas for your build.

Ya i saw his new boat when we picked up this boat. Such a sweet ride. I wish we could do some of the stuff he has done to his new one. But we are just keeping this a easy and cheap as possible.
