Lightbulb Clearwater v. Mako v. Sea Chaser HELP

first and foremost i want to say thanks to all of you for providing such great advice and opinions. I'm new to this site and i wish i would've stubbled upon it sooner.

i'm in the market to buy a used boat. This will be my second boat. I had a 21' Grady White CC w 125 Force Engine which i loved. The Deep V design on it made handle the seas with such ease and comfort. i used that boat for fishing and i used to take her out of the inlet (LONG ISLAND) and go anywhere from 1-15 miles in the ocean and wreck fish (on a good weather day)

Now after looking around (with under 30k budget) i have narrowed my options to the following:

1- 2006 24' Clearwater Walk-around, powered by twin Yamaha 115 (4 stroke) w under 100 hours. i saw the boat and it's in great condition. Doesn't have that many bells/whistles. the hall is rock solid and heavy. I think dry weight is over 4000 Lbs.

2. 2005 215 Mako w 200 HP Honda w 300 hours. Fully rigged for fishing (t-top,enclosure, outriggerts, etc) comes with a trailer. This boat is in good condition as well.

3. 2005 24' Sea Chaser (made by Carolina Skiff) powered by a Yamaha 300 HP (2 stroke) w 150 hours. This boat needs someTLC but it is about $8,000 less that the other two boats.

Now, i have looked around and there is really not much literature on the Clearwater boats. so here i am,asking you gentlemen what you can share with me about this clearwater boat and the rest of my options. WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND.... please share your thoughts.
