Wow; what douchebaggery. Hope this isn't the ending to the NEMS story; I've really enjoyed keeping up with this thread every few days about what seems to be a good group of guys getting a tough job done against he odds. Good luck!

I have also enjoyed the thread and been pulling for these guys throughout last months journey. Was on the road and couldn't wait to get back to the hotel and check in on their progress.

I wish the best for you NEMS, you folks really pulled off a great mission with that boat and journey and I hope you are successful in your efforts.

Hey miss Henry penny. Your a scrub. And you can't use our name Double Down.
You need to use "Da Douchbaggery"
Or "Double Douch"

With all stigma and hype now attached to this boat, I dont think it has a chance at selling for $700k especially once word gets out that the owner screwed people over. If he has half a brain, he will make right or this boat will infamous for the wrong reasons.

Interesting point. On the other hand, the rebuild, if it happens, will be very scrutinized - which might lend credence to the finished product in a way. Publicity can break either way in a case like this. Just another reason to wonder where this will all end up….

Wow, that totally sucks. I guess assholes like that guy are the reason I can't seem to get anything done on my boat without paying FIRST.

I've read every page, every post of this thread. Some sad, some happy times. After seeing the boat make it to it's final destination, what could be worse than screwing the people that made it happen?

Not hard. You see a post number that's very low, and a very strong opinion or some other agenda….and only posting on one thread. Almost always (key word almost) an intruder of some sort.
