I saw it yesterday in the ICW just north of Vero Beach - looked to be making 8-10 knots, with the cover off one engine off and someone tinkering with it....

man if it really makes 10 knots, u could buy one with blown diesels to use as a party barge. I bet its more like 5 knots, or 6 mph

NEMS, you would be best suited to having a website built for the refit project. This rebuild has a ton of value and there are plenty who would want a sponsorship on the site.
Good luck with the rebuild, can't wait to see it finished!
