This whole adventure would have made a very interesting ''Reality Show'' from the beginning with the original sinking from Sandy to the end when the vessel is restored and put back into action.

Glad to see you have made it to Florida!

first thing i do everymorning after coffee, "check on the "wanderer" and see how they are making it"

congrats on making it to FL, cant wait to watch the build. This thread makes me want to hop in the truck and take a road trip to see the arrival, this boat is famous. (THT famous) anyway

NEMS

From your screen shot I can tell you that your entering St. Mary's Inlet from the ocean at 4 am. That means you guys ran the outside last night. Must have be hell coming in St Mary's against an outgoing tide.

Just went down to the dock to talk to you guys but I didn't see anyone around.

Hope you don't mind, but I took a few pictures so everyone else has something look at during work today.

Here are some of the helm and tie bar.

Looks like the worlds largest homemade tie bar.

Great pics, thanks!!! Never has a 250 outboard looked so tiny... It makes me feel good that its the same motor I just boat lightly used for my project boat though

That thing is still gorgeous, the boat is going to be a stunner- is the new owner thinking of teak-ing the cockpit/gunwales? Would be on my to-do list if I were going to do a gut re-fit-

NEMS should just add a few more and the trip would have been over already!

Is it me or do the outboards look to be raised up a bit? Guess they wanted to bow out of the water lol

Now THATs a tie-rod I'd want to see... not a lot of turning radius there I would imagine

Better than sitting in an office staring at a computer for hours at a time.

Wow have been following this from the get go too....Cold Front ( ) came through Ft. Lauderdale last night and early this AM.......NEMS now you have about a 7 mph North Wind to help her glide a little faster down the ICW.......Does any one know of about when and where this Yacht will arrive in Ft. Lauderdale ??? Since I'm local would love to see her in person on the journey in, either by boat or on land. NEMS nice work and I love it when a well thought out plan comes together.

I'm sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel now........Great updates by everyone

Regards,
Big R
