Just to update the story line here. I am sitting at my desk and it just went by. Thought I was seeing things at first but then someone sent me this thread. She's floating and close to Florida now.

Just A question I know those Yamaha are 2 stroke......Are the mixing the fuel (Premix )
or Allowing the Yamaha oiler to do it ? with that load I might be inclined to Mix the Gas and Oil together to make it a little Richer mix or chance that Oil system could fail.....
Just thoughts for discussion....
