Really sucks that they couldn't find a reason that she went down but I'm happy to see her up and running again. Good luck the rear of the way.

Good to see her on her way again!

One question, how are they steering her?

Yamaha should definitely put some sponsorship into the trip this is better than a tundra moving a space shuttle 500ft.

Since the beast keeps rising up from the dead, how about ZOMBIE. Good luck the rest of the way.

he knows why it went down. the risers had been removed and the extra weight of the fuel. the boat sunk in less than 20 minutes.

It would be awesome if it had a AIS tracker so we could see location in real time.

Triple Threat is a very good name...just not as good as Double Down.

Care to spill the beans? What is the "inside" story? Even if its just your opinion?

Glad to see they don't mind the name poll. I was asked by numerous people to remove it, but I left it up as I thought it was funny, and it seemed like most of the members and like NEMS said - you have to have a sense of humor. Additionally, the thread was started by someone who saw the boat and did not know what it was about. The repairer then came on here and updated us (a class act IMO) but that was NOT the original intention of the thread, rather an added bonus.

Good Luck!

and now my contribution to the naming thread. Double Down is great and will be hard to beat. the 2 that I have come up with are Down Under or Bottom Dweller
