Default first time buyer need help, 99' century 2100 200 hpdi

the guy is asking $13k for it. it is in good shape and comes with electronics, downriggers and a few other options. Not sure if it is a good buy sense it is over ten years old. He thinks the engine has around 700-800 hours. Engine is also a 99'.. Is this a good deal worth actually looking at or is this not a good deal. Would appreciate any input or experience on this. thanks

Over priced. I bought my 99 23 ft Hydra-sports with a 225 HP Johnson for about that more than 4 years ago. A year later sold the engine running fine and repowered.
