Default Xcelerator Boatworks 21'

Here are some build photos of a 21' bay boat we started before the 36'. If you guys aren't tired of build threads we would be happy to keep the updates coming while we finish it up!

Here is a size comparison between the 21' and 36'

Now how easy was it to make that wooden stand shes sitting on? I am about to start a refit and would love to build one of those to set the hull on.

looks great!!

Question though, did y'all glass under the floor or just hot coat it. me and my buddy are replacing the floor in his boat and I've heard people advocate both?

I would def glass the bottom of the sole rather than hot coat it. That's how we did it on this boat. There are just to many pros and advantages not to.

The stand is easy just make sure it's strong enough to support the weight and make sure it fits evenly with the deadrise of the hull so it rests evenly

it's going to be around 95-100k with a real teak floor, electronics and rigged with a 250 and trailer.
