kln- Have you ever considered using one of your boats as a plug and building a mold? Glass boats have a lot of strength when you use triaxial and CF.

Thanks guys! wish we could finish this thing but we are on the 48' full time for now.

Avalon- we haven't really considered doing a mold so we can keep doing 100% custom builds. However if the demand were there who knows??
