Bought another HDS-8 Gen 2 from Jim @ BOE at the AC Boat Show and a new Avet MXJ 5.8 with Penn Legion rod @ TackleDirect. No snow on the shrink wrap but still too cold to mess with it.

may have looked at it once, but not much else. I'm hoping some warm weather comes soon so I can get out and run it a bit.

Nothing with my boat today, but did some boating of a different kind. Airboating!

This was a 90+ mph pass...

(Edit: the video is a little long waiting for the pass because some people were heading into the "race course" and it it was unsafe until they were out of the way. Just be patient, it gets good!)

The boat has got a 377ci Stroker LS motor from Water Thunder Performance.

Finished running new fuel lines, started running new battery cables and installing switches/VSR's, and ordered a couple new cables.

I went to pull a leaking injector on my tiara tamd31 volvo diesel that was welded stuck and ended up pulling out the sleeve as well which let coolant drain into the crankcase.......mother......,and had to pump out oil and antifreeze from crankcase reset sleeve, poured oil into cylinder to kill corrosion that might have occured, now Im turning the motor over to blow out the oil ,a few times and then reassembly and oil change.the simplest thing sometimes can just be a bitch
