Took the water hose to mine and rinsed the ice off of it and cleared the cockpit of ice and made sure the scuppers were clear..... Oh and drank a Sam Adams "Alpine Spring" hoping that damn groundhog will signal an early spring!!!!

Drained 50 gallons of gas (premix) and removed my 120 gallon leaking ass fuel tank. What a pain. Gotta love boats.

Replaced my exhaust manifolds and risers yesterday. I bought them from a guy off e-bay who replaced them and then found out his engine was toast. He repowered with a complete engine so pulled these off to sell them with 0 hrs run time. I paid $218 incl. shipping (about a $400 savings).

Starboard side went on without issues (well, as little an issue as you can have with 50# chunky iron). Was tightening last exhaust manifold bolt on port side and the head of the bolt broke off. . I didn't pre-inspect all the bolts and didn't realize that one was corroded about 75% thru.

Luckily I was able to loosen the other 3 bolts and slide the manifold far enough back to get vice grips on it that did nothing. Then I tried a small pipe wrench and finally worked it loose. I found an exact replacement bolt in a bucket of old bolts and brackets left over from the repower on my last boat. Being a pack rat paid off. I turned a 2 hr job into a 4 hr job but at least it's together now and I know it's done right.

I took the bimini fabric off in order to replace, and then I went to the backyard and watched them setting up the yatch portion of the Miami Boat Show. The temporary buildings and piers are almost all up and getting their innards put in. Some of the boats have started arriving.
