We watched some qualified captains at crab island. Didn’t get the phone out in time unfortunately. Tide was incoming so the current was moving good. One of those big rental pontoons with the upper deck and slides had a kid get caught in the current and being swept away from the boat so they went chasing after him and it went down real sketch due to a lack of safety gear on board. They motored the boat up to him and grabbed him from the side boarding ladder with the boat in gear and moving, then with the boat still in gear and moving they chucked the anchor over the bow and ran it over which caught the sand abruptly and nose dived the bow of the boat. They were lucky the rode didn’t get caught in the prop.

interesting show.

good day none-the-less for the rest of us out there.

Actually did this yesterday, but it got late. Started a fuel gauge install, and ordered a PowerTech prop from Ken at PropGods.

Took my 14yo and two of her best friends out in the Gulf.....making memories!
Some 20-23" hubcap trigger, beeliners, and a nice Lane Snapper, all before 10:30AM.

Gave her the full treatment today inside and out!! She was not in bad shape for a 2015 with 200hrs, but wow, what a difference a little work does and especially on the interior.

Funny. The admiral won't even touch a fish on our boat. Dead or alive.

Replaced the burned out halogen bulbs in my ACR remote searchlight. The replacement bulbs seem unnecessarily expensive.
