Default Cleaned the bilge etc

It was time for the annual bilge cleaning and haul out/pressure wash/wax job. Then I purchased a custom boat shade via amazon to help limit oxidation. Spring can’t come soon enough!

Went to haul out and met up with Caj. Removed nav light, radar, horn, lightning rod. Rode all over Pompano with Caj looking for RV antifreeze (West Marine's 2 day shipping was 6 days...) Helped the gentlemen at Boats International winterize her. Props got removed and stowed in the anchor locker. Currently watching her get wrapped for the long haul to Tacoma.

And I can see what you are talking about. HPDI shows data lines while idling and you can see it says cyl 4 and 6 (I think) were not contributing until you place the motor in drive. But in neutral nope! You should hear that baby roar!

I will start a thread on all this one day...

Big boat is hibernating so finally got the little boat in my shed and started sanding. Lots of work to do and I'm hoping to have her ready for paint by spring.

The day I got the boat.

Picked up a little propane heater to take the edge off.

Tight fit, but doable.

Splashed her after the winter mods!
Radar arch off, t-top on.
Bolster seats off, custom baitwell with LeBroc seats on.
Added a side scan & structure scan transducer.
Added engine data to the Simrads via the NMEA network.
Replaced all four trim tab solenoids.
All new batteries
New bilge pump
New rod holders where the arch was mounted
And a bunch of other little stuff!

Removed the batteries, cleaned the posts and recharged them all the way and left them on maintenance charge.

Put new furniture on it. Not exactly sure how I'll arrange it yet though. Not exactly sure I need 18 places to sit either!
