That's the joy of them, they get hooked on something and you just pull until the hook straightens to release. Bring it back aboard and bend the curve back in, ready for the next use.

Yes, 6” x 6” plywood squares....1/4 of them rotten, 1/2 was wet underneath

correct they are wreck anchors. there actually heavy wreck anchors the tall ones are 5/8s bar and the other one is half inch rebar they are more like hooks. we had some mighty mights but they wernt strong enough so I made these for a 28ft boat

To mimic the post above, we here in SWFL had a beautiful weekend once the morning fog lifted each day. I also mad a run yesterday with my youngest and we ate lunch at her favorite place on the water.

It was a nice day before the next snow storm so, I went to check on my boat an drooled. Waiting for spring time is really hard when you live in a snow state.
