Spent 5 hours Saturday finishing what I started on Friday. 5 hours using bleach with my hands and no gloves. My fingers have horrible chemical burns and it's completely from my own ignorance. Never again will that happen! On the other hand, the boat looks great and I was able to completely rid the boat of black spots and cleaned out all my hatches too!

8hrs installing trim tabs. Still need to pass the wires thru the already crowded in-hull stern to helm pipe.

Derigged the motors on the sea ray. Hopefully have them off the boat by the end of the week!

Over the weekend

- Washed entire inside of boat (still under shrink wrap)
- Used 3M Finesse II to polish gunwales, under t-top, and center console. Entire inside of boat.
- Followed all that with Collinite Fleetwax
- Removed LED bezels and painted white
- Sprayed bilge and other interior areas with Zep mold & mildew remover

I have to say, this is the job I hate the most. It's so much easier polishing/waxing exterior of hull! First time using Zep. The stuff is great. For the poster who used bleach, you might want to try Zep next time. Gallon at Home Depot for $7.00.

Next weekend shrink wrap comes off. Wax exterior and get bottom painted.

Derigged everything off the top, removed riggers, removed canvas, mocked up new crows nest, started fabrication for the standing pad with electronics box. Fiberglassing tomorrow, ladder being fabricated, new canvas should be done.

Took lift kept boat to dealer to replace broken front console seat (rough ride). First thing, someone stole the hitch pin from truck hitch. Went to Lowes got replacement. Boat & trailer are 6 months old. Could smell rubber burning on the 5 mile ride - caliper on right front of trailer froze and heated up. Head mechanic said aluminum and steel don't mix when dunked in salt water and they will replace caliper under warranty. It's a dual axle trailer that my 2500 doesn't know is even back there, so I plan to disable the braking system - problem solved! I still love this boat's lines. Should be ready in a couple of days - then I will wax sides and woody wax interior and T top after a thorough cleaning.

Replaced anchor light with new LED all around light. Huge difference in brightness over the old incandescent and never have to replace a bulb. Also replaced overhead red/white combo light obove console with new red/white LED.

Unwrapped it, gave it it's initial (read quick) wash, tried to figure out the rest of what I need to do to get it in the water the first week of April...

Hauled it down to Atlantic GreenPro and blocked it up for for bottom blast, sealer, and paint.
Brought trailer home and replaced all rollers. Replaced coupler/master cylinder. Bled brakes.
All trailer work while getting pelted with snow/sleet.
Can't wait for Spring!

Ran it pretty good yesterday. Launched at Parrish Park in Titusville and ran up through Haulover Canal all the way to JB's for lunch. Great day on the water, seas were about 1" at the worst. Almost pure glass.

I thought about it. Then I thought about the list of spring cleaning I want to do to it. Then thought about when am I going to have the time. Then I thought, damn, I`m getting frustrated thinking about it.
