Started out with 1500 grit sand paper. Then move to 3 different cuts of meguiars compounds from corse to fine. Finished off with a meguiars marine wax with carnauba. I started at 10 and finished at 430 and all I got done was one side of a 30 footer. I'm just an amature I'm sure a pro would move faster.

Cleaned and waxed the outside of my boat yesterday. Working on the inside today.

Amazing how good they look with the scum line gone.

Ground down and sanded the skeg on the motor readying for paint.(hit a rock last year)
were you using a wire fish to get around corners and route the wiring....makes short work of it....

Used Meguiars One step Compound then waxed hull with Collinite 885 per THT recommendations. As you can see the hull is much more glossy than the top which I'll tackle next weekend. 7 hours was enough! Hope image appears.

Took her to Easter Brunch. SCA due to winds on the way back - notice the lack of other boats at the restaurant! Apparently the parking lot was 100% full.

Bay crossing was limited to about 18 kts on the 19 footer.

New t-stats, new prop, changed gear oil and ran her on the muffs for a while. I think she is ready.

Gave the lead sled a bath and swabbed the deck with my own homebrewed cleaner. I swear I need to start selling the stuff. No back breaking scubbing, just a light scrub with a deck brush and a rinse. Even sun baked fish blood and catfish stink bait doesn't stand a chance with this stuff.
