I don't know what would be worse, dealing the the cost and time getting the car and engine fixed or listening to the wife.

You hit the nail on the head Fred, little creative editing is how I would prioritize that ^^^^^

Thats why I never park in the driveway at home without a spotter. Can't see how close I'm getting to the fence and other cars.

You're very lucky!!! NOW I wonder what would happen if she backed her car into your boat? Or almost did, and you saw it.....would YOU be as understanding? lol...probably not.

btw...GT? or V-6? I have an 07 GT manual with 145,000 miles. I just replaced the front wheel bearings last week, and planned to change the brake pads. Took the ORIGINAL pads off, and they may have been 1/2 used. I turned about 5 thousanths off the rotors to smooth them out, sanded the pads flat, greased the sliders and just put it all back together!!

You are lucky! I put a skeg into the garage door when I was 15. Backing up the boat and forgot the engine was trimmed up!

Good thing for me and my brother that our Dad was a great guy, calm demeanor and had the bank role to fix our screw ups!

Rule #1, when ever you mess up, it's always her fault, sometimes you have to get creative to convince her.

I smashed a hole in my house with a trailer bunk, backing up hill and it was getting dark (couldn't see). I tried to convince my wife it was her fault for not guiding me but she was having none of it.

Now, when ever she screws up she just says "Remember when you put the hole in the house"
